Breathe in… and breathe out. I like to see people standing or sitting up very straight. Another one…..breathe in….and breathe out. It is very good for you especially if you are feeling tired or feeling stressed or angry.
Do it again….breathe in ….and ahhh..breathe out…… Aaaahhhh…that feels better. When you sing if you breathe in deeply you will sing much louder and much sweeter. Do you like to sing? Are you standing up straight?
Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly as well.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through you mouth…. …slowly…slowly…all the way out... breathing out…..that’s all the breathe …another breathe in. Very good.
Computer Art Activity
Here is a Paint activity for you to try.
Click on the picture then copy and paste the image into your "Paint' program on the computer.
Use your Paint program to colour in the picture of Dr Inhale Exhale. When you have finished save, copy and paste your new image into a Word Document or a Publisher Document. I have seen students use their 'arty' images in lots of different ways. They have used their 7NP's graphics to go with their stories; poems; word banks; puzzles; health brochures and posters. Sometimes they have created their own booklet called 'Meet the 7 Natural Physicians'.
...Hope you have fun!
