I love exercising everyday. It is not hard work. It is fun. It makes me happy. It strengthens my heart, my bones and all my muscles. Being active keeps me fit, bright as a button and healthy.

Each day you should do physical activities that involve stretching; strength and puffing. Did you run until you were puffing today?

Have you had a stretch and did you do something to build those beautiful muscles of yours?

Do you normally do 1 to 2 hours of physical activity every day?
