7NP's Pie Chart

This laminated visual helps the children see the interconnected relationship between each of the 7NPs. It is easy to appreciate that you have to attend to all 7NPs on a daily basis. Not one of them can be overlooked if you want to be fit, strong and healthy.

Managing my Emotions

When children are stomped with an emotional setback the doctors are there to help them. Dr Think Right says, "Got a problem? We are going to work through it but first we are going to check with the other physicians." Each doctor has a questions. e.g.

Dr Inhale Exhale asks them firstly to take a few deep breaths.
"Are you feeling more relaxed?"
Dr Gastro Nomicals asks, "Are you hungry? Have you eaten? When did you last eat? What did you eat?"

This approach helps children to become aware that their emotional health and wellbeing is directly linked to their physical health and wellbeing. They find this empowering and eventually, with the help of the 7NPs, learn to manage their own problems.
